Dry and wet spraying
With the newly developed, universal AL-257, it is possible to perform both dry and wet spraying.
There should be no changes made on the machine to switch from dry to wet spraying. To switch from wet to dry the machine must be cleaned and dried.
The integrated dust filter and a redesigned funnel system ensure a high degree of filling of the rotor chambers, leading to low pulsation and consumption.
Built-in components
AL-257 is equipped with a fully centralized lubrication system for rotor plates. Rotor speed is adjusted by a frequency converter and can be adapted to any specific need on the job. The machine has an emergency stop that stops rotation of the rotor and close the main valve of the air supply. This makes it possible to work safely and comply with the new EU standards.
Applications and capacity
With a weight of only 750 kg and a compact size AL-257 is suitable for any job. The machine can be easily maneuvered and adapted to current conditions. However, with a variable capacity syringe from 0.7 to 9.6 m3 / h, it is possible to perform all spraying tasks.
Whether it is a thin layer of reconstruction with the 2.5-liter rotor or inclined circuit protection with 12 l rotor, then AL-257 is the right machine
Sealing system
The machine is equipped with rotors made of high-tech aluminum and works with steel wear plates and rotor plates. Experience has shown up to 10 times less grind on the steel sheet, depending on the material, pump speed, tubing diameter and compressed air! This leads to less downtime and lower grind costs and thus more economical operation.
